Challenge
Design a product that looks and behaves like a real operating system, not a decorative sci-fi dashboard. One platform runs four delivery types – MED, EXPRESS, INDUSTRIAL and SUPPLY – each with its own cargo, speeds and cost of error.
The interface has to stay calm under pressure: the operator sees the whole fleet, its risks and incidents, and makes decisions from a shared operational picture.
Key decisions
- Color is function
The mark’s blades and the interface accents take the color of the mission category. Semantic statuses are a separate system, so a “red” medical mission is never mistaken for an error.
- Two surfaces, one live state
The dispatcher console and the mobile app for on-site staff read the same real-time data.
- Not a shrunken console
The mobile version handles field tasks: receiving cargo, the handover QR code, confirmation and incident reports.
- Motion = behavior
The route sets the direction of animation, the category sets identity, the status sets behavior. Motion explains what changed.
